    Homedium LLC provides FREE Value Shipping to the bordering 48 states, DC, and to all U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses on qualifying orders over $49. All other orders will be charged competitive shipping rates.

    What are the details of Homedium LLC Free Shipping?

    Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 working days. Unless otherwise requested, Homedium LLC ships using our insured Value Shipping option which utilizes a combination of carriers. Value Shipping is "FREE" of charge on qualifying orders over $49 within the contiguous 48 United States, DC, and U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please review our guidelines on how to enter a U.S. Military address when placing your order.

    Our "FREE" Shipping offers a variety of dependable shipping carriers to guarantee your order is delivered in a convenient and secure way. Once you put an order, the foremost efficient carrier is automatically chosen based on the destination, size, and weight of your package. It usually takes from 5 to 10 working days to get your order with our Value Shipping* choice; in any case, it allows up to 14 trade days for final delivery. Homedium LLC also offers Express shipping methods for faster delivery*.

    *Order preparing times are not included in delivery gauges.

    Competitive shipping charges apply for all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands) and international addresses.

    Some items may not qualify for "FREE" Shipping, not limited to, but including: items exceeding carrier’s weight and size restrictions. Non-qualifying items will be assessed a shipping charge and must be transported via motor freight.

    You will be informed when shipping charges apply before the fulfillment of an arrangement. Please note that Homedium LLC reserves the right to update the chosen shipping method of an order at no extra cost for you. In addition, there is no dealing with fees unless displayed on a particular item page. Items containing unsafe materials or requiring additional care are subject to uncommon handling expenses, change in shipping strategy and possible special cases to our Return Policy.


    Does Homedium LLC offer Saturday or Early AM delivery?

    Orders shipped using our Value ShippingStandard Shipping, or Expedited Shipping may be delivered on Saturday at no additional cost to you. However, this service is not guaranteed and such requests cannot be accommodated.

    Saturday delivery requests can be accommodated for an additional charge only for One-Day Shipping and Two-Day Shipping orders containing in-stock items.

    Saturday delivery orders cause an extra $15 expense in addition to the shipping charges of the method chosen. Please note that Saturday delivery is ensured only with One-Day Shipping orders containing in-stock items set Fridays before 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) and Two-Day Shipping orders set before 12:00 P.M. CST on Thursday.

    Early AM delivery demands can be obliged for an extra charge only for One-Day Shipping orders containing in-stock items. Early AM delivery orders cause an extra $50 charge in addition to the sped up cargo charges.Please note that Early AM delivery is ensured only with One-Day Shipping orders containing in-stock items set before 12:00 P.M. CST on the preceding working day. For phone orders, please endorse all Saturday and/or Early AM delivery costs with the Homedium LLC operator. For online orders, you must note authorization of all costs and ask Saturday and/or Early AM delivery inside the order comments.


    How long does it take to prepare an order?

    Most in-stock orders are dispatches within 1–2 working days from distribution center. Orders that require shipment from our merchants or are for custom-built items may take somewhat longer to fulfill.

    For quicker delivery, please select any of the express shipping choices when ordering. In case an item is not available instantly, you will be informed about an estimated arrival time. Once contacted, you will allow an order to proceed or make any adjustments, including cancellation if necessary. If an order cannot be dispatched in its entirety, Homedium LLC reserves the right to hold the order until all items are in stock or send items when they become available.

    How do I track my order?

    Tracking information is sent via email upon shipment. To check a status of the order, see the Order Status Page. You can use the tracking/delivery confirmation number provided in the shipment notification email. Pleasenote that for most orders, it might take up to 24–48 hours for the first scan to show up on the carrier's website.

    What happens in case my item arrived damaged or was lost?

    Homedium LLC worksonlywith the mostdependable carriers and apologizes for any delays caused by lost or damaged packages. We will work hard to resolve all shipping mistakes with our carriers and endeavor to settle all claims within two weeks from initiation.

    In case you do not want to wait until the harm or lossexamination is completed and you would like us to send a substitutionitem right away, please contact us. We are goingto dispatch the item right out to you (given it is in stock). We willneed to charge your credit card for the replacement and will refundthe cash for your originalorder once the carrier confirms the shipping harm or loss and pays us the insurance settlement.

    Each carrier has aspecialprocessand set of timeframes of claim handling. We will communicate all details to you through phone or email. Upon a favorable claim resolution, Homedium LLC may start a replacementorder; an email will be sent to your account with the newtracking number once the item has left our stockroom. In case an in-stock replacement item is requestedearlier to a claim resolution, your credit card will be charged and a refund will be instituted once the harm claim is affirmed by the carrier.

    Damaged Packages

    Contact us immediately if you see any prove of harm in the order and please do not sign for a package unless you have completely inspected the contents. In case there is obvious harm to the box, the merchandise, or things are missing, kindly deny apackagereceiving.

    Contact us immediatelyif a package arrives damaged. Please give the product number of the affected item(s), the nature of the harm (e.g. split, smashed, scratched, item lost), and particular data about the condition of the box (e.g. jabbed, retaped, contains a hole). In case a package was partially accepted, please indicate which item(s) were refused. Reseal the shipment and hold on to the original packaging materials for a conceivable review by the carrier. It is crucial that you hold onto the package for up to 30 days. Please do not send the harmed package back to Homedium LLC since this will result in a denied claim and you may be charged for all associated costs. In case no review happens, you will dispose the shipment after 30 days expire.
